March 17, 2010 To whom it may concern: Upon exiting this platform I ready water learned many things. Ive learned a transmutation of things including ways to handle my dependence and as well as how to continue with common stresses. The counseling table serviceed me to realize what had evocationed my habituation, and how to deal with it in normal ways. My trigger was my relationship with my parents. Through my counseling sessions, I make water gained more patience and have let more open minded(p) to others thoughts and opinions. When I feel stressed bulge I go for a run or quicken my flute. I no longer have urges to use, but at the beginning of the program I would use similar tactics to help when I did feel these urges. Going to meetings has also opened my eyes to where I could have gotten if I hadnt dealt with my addiction when I did.

I was in the early stages of my addiction, but if it hadnt been for this program, I would have never realized or take up to that. When I comprehend people who had been deep in addiction for age and years their stories all started with mine. I have also make current friends and connections through meetings that are always will and waiting to help out a fellow addict. They made me feel real welcomed and it was very easy to attend my essential meetings. The support that has been addicted to me through this program was exactly what I needed.
